We are working in partnership with Leeds West Indian Carnival and Leeds City Council to commission a public art mural that preserves the history and richness of Leeds West Indian Carnival and represents the local community that resides in Chapeltown. Find out more about the project.
We are looking to commission a lead artist to design and complete the mural.
A brief for the commission can be downloaded below, which includes information about applicant criteria, artist fees, the application process, and details about what the commission will involve. Deadline for applications is 5pm on 27 April 2023.
