We are not currently seeking individual studio holders for this site. Instead, we are inviting expressions of interest from arts organisations, collectives, and experienced practitioners with a track record of managing buildings for arts and cultural activity. Due to the scale of the property, it may be particularly well suited to a lead organisation or partnership model accommodating multiple occupiers.
The space could support a combination of storage, offices, rehearsal space, exhibitions and workshops, depending on configuration and management approach.
