We are looking for two artists based in the Lincoln Green, Mabgate and Burmantofts areas for a paid opportunity to create postcard artwork.
We are working with Our Space to shape local development Lincoln Green, Mabgate and Burmantofts with a creative Neighbourhood Plan and Forum. This work will centre on the voices of residents and give them the opportunity to have a say on projects, developments and ideas for the area.
To gather interest, Our Space are making postcards with artwork on the front and information about the Neighbourhood Plan on the back. These will be distributed in and around Lincoln Green, Mabgate and Burmantofts.
They are looking for two artists to create visual artwork for the postcards. This can include photography, illustrations, drawing, digital art or any other visual artwork that can be printed on an A6 size postcard.
The artists work should look to community and connectivity in this historic and important areas of Leeds. We also want you to share, through your creative expression, what you love about living and working in your area.
Each successful artist will be paid £100 to create their artwork
