Salon is a group exhibition bringing together artists based at Patrick Studios, Convention House and Barkston House, on display in the Project Space at Patrick Studios. Expect a mix of painting, sculpture, print and textiles from artists across Leeds.
Salon opens on Thursday 10 September with an opening night from 6pm, and remains on display until 24 September, including across Open Studios weekend on 12 and 13 September.

Alex De Little
(Sound)
Alex De Little is an artist and researcher based in Leeds and London. His practice involves installation, performance, workshops, Deep Listening and writing, often developing through site based work and collaboration.

Andi Walker is a Leeds based artist whose practice spans sculpture, textiles, costume and performance, creating sculptural quilts, stitched installations and collaborative projects that explore memory, identity and the stories held in materials.

Andrew Breslin (Breslin/Standeven)

Breslin and Standeven are the remaining members of a group of artists who worked on collaborative art projects in the 1990s. Their current work fuses contemporary subject matter with myth, belief, memory and metaphor.
Andrew Lister

Andrew Lister makes wall-based figurative work. He uses a range of materials including paint, found objects and recycled wood. Paint is used in the traditional way on canvas for portraits and landscapes but is also used at times with other materials in constructed images in which the subjects range from weapons of war to domestic interiors.
Ben Winter

Ben Winter’s practice plays with themes of mythology, influence, connectivity and consciousness through painting, drawing, video and sound, exploring relationships between people, surroundings and cultural settings.
