I deal with all aspects of corporate law with a specific focus on transactions. As such, I am able to provide advice and insight into various matters regarding East Street Arts, including its structure and set up, together with its corporate governance. As a Partner in a full-service law firm, I am also able to ensure that East Street Arts is supported in all other disciplines including Real Estate, Employment and Commercial Dispute Resolution.
I am very proud to be born and bred in Leeds and I have seen first-hand the impact that art can have on the lives of everyday people.
