The home to East Street Arts and more than 30 artists in Mabgate.
Patrick Studios, a former social club (St. Patrick’s Social Club) for the neighbouring St Patrick’s Church, was re-developed and transformed into the home of East Street Arts in 2003. The building houses over 35 studio holders (artists/collectives) in a mixture of private and shared artist studios. Patrick Studios is a lively and dynamic space for professional artists to build their careers and be part of a growing community.
The core East Street Arts’ staff work from a co-working office space, which sits on the ground floor of Patrick Studios. Additionally, the building has a meeting room and a large project/exhibition space.
