Patrick Studios, a former social club (St. Patrick’s Social Club) for the neighbouring St Patrick’s Church, was redeveloped and transformed into the home of East Street Arts in 2003. The building houses over 32 studio holders (artists/collectives) in a mixture of private and shared artist studios. Patrick Studios is a lively and dynamic space for professional artists to build their careers and be part of a growing community. The core East Street Arts’ staff work from a co-working office space, which sits on the ground floor of Patrick Studios. Additionally, the building has a meeting room and a large project/exhibition space.
