The Four Seasons Shopping Centre is located in the centre of Mansfield’s busy historic town centre. We have two units available – 2 and 27-29. Both are former retail units, with a large window space looking into the shopping centre, and 27-29 is larger – across multiple shop fronts. They are suitable for individual artists or a collective in an open-plan space, or could be excellent for workshops, rehearsals and exhibitions.
This temporary space is to be occupied on a monthly rolling contract, with the potential to be given 30 days’ notice to vacate.

WIFI: Free WIFI via the centre’s guest WIFI.
Accessibility: Units are located on the ground floor.
Parking: a multi-storey car park is situated very close.
Cost: Depending on unit and activity, between free – £150 pcm
