Edwin Li brought a hint of his Bowie magic to our first Art Hostel on Kirkgate with an installation in one of the bathrooms.
Edwin Li is a visual and performance artist based in Newcastle.
He often starts with very ordinary materials, going on to create moving image, installations or performances that leave the audience stunned, chuckling or both!
Edwin can regularly be spotted on international streets performing his unmissable, one-man-band sets, channelling influences such as Beyonce, Bowie and Darth Vader.
