DECODER is an artist-led space that we worked with as part of our Guild programme from 2018 to 2023.
First established as The Penthouse in Manchester 2012, DECODER is an LGBTQIA+ artist-led organisation based in Cornwall, led by artist Rosanne Robertson and SHARP, expanding the ‘Queer gaze’.
