Flexible arts space at Wellington House, Crewe.
Located on the edge of Crewe town centre, the fourth floor of Wellington House offers a substantial office space suitable for a range of creative activities and organisational uses. The available floor provides a flexible, well-lit environment that could support a variety of arts-led activities, from project development space and administration to workshops and rehearsals with others.
We are not currently seeking individual studio holders for this site. Instead, we are inviting expressions of interest from arts organisations, collectives, and practitioners with experience managing creative spaces. Applications are welcome from those interested in occupying the full floor, as well as those open to shared or multi-occupancy models.
The space is suitable for most creative practices, excluding those involving hot works, aerosols, or noise and music.
