The home to East Street Arts and more than 30 artists in Mabgate.

Patrick Studios, a former social club (St. Patrick’s Social Club) for the neighbouring St Patrick’s Church, was re-developed and transformed into the home of East Street Arts in 2003. The building houses over 35 studio holders (artists/collectives) in a mixture of private and shared artist studios. Patrick Studios is a lively and dynamic space for professional artists to build their careers and be part of a growing community. The core East Street Arts’ staff work from a co-working office space, which sits on the ground floor of Patrick Studios. Additionally, the building has a meeting room and a large project/exhibition space.

We currently have a large enclosed studio space available on the first floor. The space is well lit by a courtyard window, and is located close to shared studio facilities like sinks and a kitchenette. It is large enough to suit either a single artist or multiple artists sharing the space. It would be suitable for most artistic practices, excluding those involving aerosol, fumes, or machinery.
