The property has a large street-facing shop window, making it perfect for public projects and engaging with the local community, as well as seven private studios located upstairs.
From Union 105, East Street Arts have been delivering commissions, partner events and working with artists to develop new work in response to and with the contexts and people of Chapeltown.

Artist support is at the heart of everything that East Street Arts does. We work with artists on an individual basis utilising our skills, knowledge and networks to help artists and groups in their development. As a studio holder you can benefit from one on one support sessions, access to a network of over 400 artists worldwide and a range of paid opportunities for artists.
