The Members’ Open Studios will be a celebration of the breadth of art practices of our members.
“What is central to the open studios concept is that it’s an opportunity to meet the artists. The audience are encouraged to talk to the artists and understand what it is they do. But it is also beneficial to the artist to see how people engage with their work, and see first-hand the questions their work raises – it is the dialogue that makes the event so rewarding for everyone involved.” Jon Cronshaw is a Leeds-based freelance culture journalist. joncronshaw.co.uk
