Caramel is an edible choreography: a cross between a dance and a cooking session, stimulating all five senses.

You can watch dance, even hear it. But have you ever tried to smell it, to taste it? Caramel invites you to do just that.

After an initial research and development residency and sharing of work in progress at the Theatre in the Mill in early 2012, the company returns with two previews of the work.

Caramel is being created by Rita Marcalo and the company, in collaboration with artist Gary Winters and Croatian dramaturge Ivana Ivkovic.

Caramel is commissioned by the Theatre in the Mill, produced by Dance4, and funded by the Arts Council of England.
