THE EXPERIENCE ERROR is the first instalment in a series of exhibitions, publications and encounters Titled: A TRIAL OF ERROR – created by an open-membership, multi-discipline arts collective, inspired by the fear of a crap planet, their intention is to use mistakes as a starting point for new creative action.

This collection of work explores the complexity of the lived aesthetic experience, using restrictions to human movement to provoke new ways of encountering our bodies and our environments.

The Experience Error is a project by Rian Treanor in partnership with imove,

imove has been funded by Legacy Trust UK, creating a lasting impact from the London 2012 Olympic and Parlympic Games by funding ideas and local talent to inspire creativity across the UK. imove is hosted and also funded by Arts Council England.

imove explores and celebrates human movement, how we feel in our moving bodies, whether that is in our daily lives going to work, to the shops, to school, achieving our personal best over 26 miles and 385 yards, or making slow painful progress from one side of the room to the other.

Live Art Bistro (LAB) is a new artist run venue with no fixed abode. Built on the premise that the best ideas are forever unfinished, providing artists with the space to create and the time to fail in all its potential splendour. Currently residing in a 10,000 sq. ft. New York loft style building in Leeds city centre, hosting an on-going programme of unique events centred around the Live & Performing Arts. Their aim is to create a dedicated space that bridges the gaps between the club, gallery and theatre.
